Official Return Policy
If you receive a defective product, we always recommend you first contact the manufacturer. In most cases, the product will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product is defective and you choose not to go to the manufacturer, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. In order for us to process your return, you must contact us via. our toll-free telephone number and open up a return ticket within 14 days of the purchase date. You must ship the product back to us within 21 days of the purchase date. If the product is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will replace the item once you have met all the said conditions.
